About MindGrove

Now in our tenth year of operation, MindGrove is a world-class training consultancy operating in the fields of Risk and Governance, Internal Audit, IT Audit and Security, Process and Project Management and Business Skills. Based in Cheshire, UK, our assignments have taken us across five continents, from private to public sector and in the process we have successfully trained over five thousand staff. 

 

Our staff and associates are experts in their fields and bring in-depth experience, both to the pages of our acclaimed support materials and into the training room.

 

We regularly work in partnership with a number of professional support organisations, such as the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Indeed MindGrove was selected by IIA - UK & Ireland to develop the training materials for two of their professional qualification modules and we have been a key course and tuition provider for the IIA throughout.

 

Our consultancy services specialise in assisting start-up operations and in challenging more mature operations to improve their performance. Alternatively, we can blend different approaches, such as process analysis and risk assessment, to facilitate greater insight into real-world business issues or to help you successfully innovate. And, increasingly, we are being asked to provide a mixed model of training and consultancy or training and mentoring to accelerate staff development.
