If face to face training isn't suitable for you – perhaps you have significant numbers of staff widely scattered across locations, or you have a relatively high turnover of staff – then eLearning may be the answer.

 

Many of our existing courses, or elements from them, can be turned into eLearning, or alternatively we can develop a brand new course especially for your organisation. This will provide you with with training that is independent of person, place and time. eLearning can be mastered to be delivered from CD or from a web-server and typically does not require you to install any software that is not already a corporate standard.

 

The cost of customised eLearning will depend on the amount, type and complexity of work involved in the project and the chosen licensing and delivery method, and even where the initial cost of production may seem relatively high, you'll find that, in the longer term, eLearning is cost-effective way of delivering training when you evaluate the cost per member of staff trained.
