| In-house training If you have three or more people with the same training requirement, then think about bringing a course to you at your chosen location. Any of the courses in our course catalogue can be customised to suit your requirements, and if you can't see what you're looking for, we will be happy to discuss building a new course, from scratch, for your organisation.
The Benefits Dramatic Cost Savings In-house training offers a low-cost alternative to attendance at public training events. We charge discounted rates for standard in-house training rather than charging an flat rate per delegate as we do for public courses. Therefore substantial cost savings can be achieved, even with a low number of delegates. And by bringing a course or programme of training to you at your chosen location, you avoid the additional time and significant cost penalties related to travel and subsistence. Increased Relevance Bringing training in-house allows you to maximise your training value through delivery of materials directly relevant to your objectives and by immersing all your team in the training. Unlike public courses, where delegates come from different backgrounds and have different personal objectives, we will tailor content so it is directly relevant to your business, and we will work at the pace that suits you. Better Flexibility In-house courses put you in control and give you the flexibility to arrange training that fits in with your work demands by arranging a time that suits you and at your location of choice. This may be in the familiar surroundings of your office environment, or at a venue away from the office. In principle, there are no limits on the number of delegates that might attend an in-house course, other than those dictated by the constraints of content, space and comfort. However, we may recommend a delegate limit to ensure that everyone receives adequate personal attention. Complete Confidentiality In-house training has one final edge over public training. All our in-house events are conducted in a framework of "non-disclosure" and this means that topics that cannot be aired in a public forum can be discussed discreetly at an in-house event.
Collaborative Training If you are a small group or organisation, or one with a limited budget, and you know other similar groups or organisations with shared interests, why not join forces and organise a training event to run at a mutually convenient time and location within your region. You don't have to choose one of our standard courses; we will be happy to discuss your training needs in detail and develop a course or training programme in line with your organisational goals and training objectives. This type of event offers excellent value for money by allowing you to share the costs with participating organisations and allows you control over every aspect of your training.
Customised training If you cannot find a course in our catalogue that meets your exact training requirements then please get in touch. Our training catalogue includes only a selection of the many courses that we have run in-house for clients. However, many of our clients request changes to a standard course, for example expanding a topic, choosing to leave out elements of a programme or condensing a course into a shorter time period. Alternatively, we can create a brand new course from scratch, providing you with a unique course tailored to fit exactly with your training needs.
Fees Our presentation fees are the same for both standard in-house and customised in-house training, however we charge a one-off development fee for customised training depending on the amount of work involved. So for marginal customisation then there may be no additional charge, whereas for a brand new course, or where a significant amount of change to an existing course is required, we charge a fee. However, we keep our prices competitive and if you have a group of people to train then you should still find that this is a cost-effective training approach.
