Failure of a project can have a massive impact on an organisation’s reputation and the confidence of its stakeholders. Understanding the dynamics of complex projects as they move forward, is a challenge to every audit team. This course provides an introduction to auditing projects, auditing project management and auditing project risk for any auditor new to the subject.
