A complex eLearning Project
An International Bank needed to reach all its Group Internal Audit staff worldwide to share a new approach to Risk Based Auditing. We combined several of our existing learning programmes together with the Bank’s defined audit methodology and, additionally, captured screen interactions from software activities to create an unique on-line learning experience.
Our programme included video, voice over and captions to create an immersive learning experience. We also built in knowledge probing quizzes to ensure that the knowledge was being absorbed.
The programme hosted on a LMS eventually reached over two hundred staff worldwide who, clearly from feedback received, enjoyed the experience and found the learning inspiring.
The success of this project led directly to a similar project for another Bank, through word-of-mouth reference.
